Admission procedure

Registration is must for admission to the school on prescribed application form

Registration does not guarantee admission

Registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable

admission to nursery class is followed by ‘meet’ with the parents of wards

Admission to other classes is through ‘written test’. students are admitted on the basis of the merit list

Documents required for admission

Original date of birth certificate(for admission in nursery to first class)

Transfer certificate from the school last attended(for admission to other classes)

The progress report of curricular and co-curricular activities in last attended school

Two passport size color photographs

Blood group report.

Fee

The school fee should be paid from 1 to 15 of every month. Late fee of Rs.5 per day shall be charged after the due date.

Payments against other activities are apart from school fee

Payments against fine( if any) are to be made with the fees

Fee for the month of June 2019 should be paid with the fee of May 2019, due to summer vacation.

Fee should be paid in cashless mode.

Attendance

The student is supposed to be in the school, for at least 80% of working days. However a further
concession of 20% is given on medical ground. Leave application must reach the office by 10:00 am
on that day, failing to that there will be a fine of Rs.10 per day and student will be marked absent. If a
student remains absent for 6 consecutive days, his name will be automatically struck off. No leave
application is entertained if not properly endorsed by the parents or authorized guardian.
